What we collect and why
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to prepare and run that work.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps you ask for before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form from abuse).
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It loads only once you start filling in the form, and it processes technical signals from your browser and device for that check. Your IP address is also used, in memory only, to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It is not stored.
Who processes the data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts this website and the contact form service.
- Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the website through its network and runs the Turnstile check.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our mailbox as an email.
Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for any work that follows. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. The web server keeps technical access logs, including IP addresses, for up to 14 days for security.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of its use or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to its use. Write to[email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
